Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders typically take 10-21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by their country.

Fragile Items All pottery is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
